Welcome! I’m Shana Moss, the chef and creative force behind Fond of the Fridge. Since I was young, I’ve been surrounded by the creation and consumption of great food. Each meal was an opportunity to relax, connect and enjoy time with family. It was and still is an opportunity to nourish ourselves fully and get lost in the simplicity of being present with things that taste good.
This is the goal of Fond of the Fridge. Feed people great food no matter the occasion, minus the stress.
